Right Roofing is a family-run roofing business servicing Brisbane, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast and surrounding islands including K’Gari, Moreton and Stradbroke. Founded over 10 years ago by Brad and Kellie after years of subcontracting in the industry, the business was born from a desire to do things properly - no cutting corners, no rushed jobs, just honest work and exceptional results. From roof restorations and repairs to pressure cleaning and leak detection, we’re proud to help homeowners and strata clients get the most out of their roofs, for the long haul.

We’re not trying to be the biggest - we’re focused on being the best. We use industry-leading products backed by a 10-15 year warranty, and we offer a 12-month warranty on all workmanship for peace of mind.   • A roof restoration is more than just a quick repair - it’s a full refresh of your existing roof to extend its life and improve its appearance. Unlike a full roof replacement (where everything is removed and replaced), restoration focuses on cleaning, repairing, and recoating your current roof. It’s a cost-effective way to restore your roof’s condition and performance without the price tag of a full replacement.

  • There’s no one-size fits all price - it depends on the size, pitch, condition, and material of your roof. Higher or steeper roofs may also require additional safety measures. The good news? Our friendly team offers free on-site quotes across South East Queensland, so you’ll know exactly what you’re in for before we get started.

  • If your roof looks tired, faded, covered in moss or lichen, or you’ve spotted cracked tiles or pointing - it might be time for a full restoration. Left untreated, small issues can lead to major damage, including leaks and ceiling stains. If in doubt, book an inspection and we’ll let you know exactly what’s going on up there.

  • When done right, a roof restoration can last 10–15 years or more. At Right Roofing, we use premium products (like Dulux Acratex) and offer a 10-year Dulux product warranty plus a 12-month workmanship guarantee for total peace of mind.

  • Here’s how we do it:

    • High-pressure cleaning (minimum 4000 psi) to strip away dirt, lichen, and grime

    • Tile replacements, ridge re-bedding and repointing

    • Structural and valley repairs as needed (including weep holes and clips)

    • Sealer and two coats of high-quality roof membrane (we prefer Dulux Acratex)

  • Every roof is different, but most restorations take between 3 to 10 days depending on size, scope, and weather. We’ll give you a clear timeline before we start and keep you updated along the way.

  • Not at all. Most of our work is done from the outside, and we aim to keep noise and disruption to a minimum. You can stay comfortably at home while we do our thing on the roof.

  • We cover all of South East Queensland - including Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, and even the islands like Moreton, Stradbroke, and K’gari (Fraser). If you’re in our service area, we’re happy to come to you.
